A Note From Marguerite Ogle (pronounced Mar-gue-reet):

As a Natural Health and Lifestyle Counselor, I draw on a lifetime commitment to natural health, fitness, holistic living and spiritual truth, as well as an extensive career in the natural products industry.

I am passionate about a lot of things. Chief among them is my belief that natural healing as a process that honors each individual as a unique multifaceted being - capable of healing and capable of taking responsibility for themselves and decisions about their body, mind, and spirit. I am inspired to do my best to help bring full wellness to others, our earth, and myself.

Currently completing a Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition, I hold a BA in Dance and Movement Arts from the Naropa University where I also did graduate study in Buddhist psychology. A certified group exercise instructor and Pilates mat instructor, I write extensively about Pilates for my Pilates website, pilates.about.com*.  I am also certified in hypnotherapy and movement therapy.

I've recently published  the Abundant Nutrition Cleanse Handbook, a simple guide to internal cleansing based on healthy eating, which is available for download here at CompassionateWellness.com.
