This is a safe, gentle approach to cleansing suitable for first time cleansers and anyone who wants to give their body a fresh start.
Anyone who is in basically good health can safely provide a cleansing environment for his or her body. If a person has health issues or is currently under medical supervision they should check with their health care provider.
Will I Be Able to Eat During the Program?
Yes. This cleanse is based on a nutritious, all natural, alkalizing diet emphasizing fresh fruits and vegetables.
What About Protein?
While animal protein is limited (not necessarily completely excluded) on the Abundant Nutrition cleanse, vegetables, grains, beans, nuts and seeds do provide quality protein. For the short duration - 21 days - of this cleanse, there are unlikely to be any disadvantages to limiting animal proteins.
Will I Have Energy to Work and Do What I Need to Do?
Most people feel more energetic when they cleanse. Sometimes there are “detox times” when you may feel a little tired but generally you should enjoy steady energy.
Will I Lose Weight On the Cleanse Program?
Many people lose weight on cleansing diets, although this is not the intention of the program. You can avoid losing weight by eating more healthful calories. Your cleanse coach can help you figure out how to include these in your program.
After a cleanse, many people find that their weight is easier to stabilize.
